I had 12 days ...Thanks, that's a good question! I had 12 days (which I really needed!) and a junior helping. Besides we had a team of 5-6 experts. 2 were involved throughout, the other for their own theme weeks. I don't know the days they used, but I think they needed a total of 10 days. This is all for the implementation. They preparation was done separately.
